1908, Second printing (one month after the first). A very good copy in lightly edge rubbed red boards with gilt lettering on the spine. The edges are lightly age tanned. The contents are fine and unmarked apart from a couple of short tears to the edges of the large folding map. A very nice copy. Scans available if required.
