Lisa Westlake is a physiotherapist specialising in women's health, with over 20 years experience as a fitness instructor and an international fitness presenter. She is a mother of 2 and has run pre- and post-natal fitness classes since 1992. She lectures at both Monash and Melbourne Univerity schools of physiotherapy. She is the author of two previous books and is passionate about helping women reap the benefits of safe and effective exercise at the most importnat times of their lives.
