Local Description
1876. First edition. A very good copy bound in brown cloth board with gilt lettering and black decoration to the spine and front board. The boards are lightly edge rubbed and flecked but are in generally very good condition. The edges of the endpapers are age tanned and there is a previous owners name to the first blank page and to the bottom edge of the text block. The rear map pocket has a map of Australia which appears to be a facsimile. The contents of the book are in fine, unmarked condition and the bindings are very good with only very slight weakening to the hinges. A really lovely piece of South Australian history.
