1938. National edition. This item is the 12 volume National Edition set. All volumes are in very good condition and bound in green boards with a gilt kangaroo emblem to the front panel. Uniform sun tanning of the spines.The edges and endpapers are browned and in some cases lightly foxed. There is some light foxing in a couple of volumes but generally the contents are fine and bright.The title pages have all been inscribed, dated and SIGNED by the author.
